PrivacyLock – automatically

Stored messages are readily available for recall using an
Internet search interface.
Because Privacy Networks is server- or security appliance-
based, IT workload is low and administration is simple. Administrators
are able to set global controls and permissions and can determine,
according to established policies, which domains and users
should be blacklisted or whitelisted, whether email is encrypted,
how it is stored and which employees can access stored email.
